First of all, thank you for your interest in our photographic products. Every product purchased from an authorized reseller is covered by a limited warranty from the respected brand from its original date of purchase. The warranty obligations of Inter Foto India Pvt. Ltd. for its products are limited to the terms described below.

 

What Does This Limited Warranty Cover?

This limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship in our products. We will repair or replace* the faulty unit which may prove defective under normal use and service during the warranty period at no cost. Please retain your invoice as proof of purchase for a valid warranty claim.

 

What Does This Warranty Not Cover?

This limited warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration, or malfunction not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. This limited warranty doesn’t cover any problem that is caused by misuse, abuse, accident, fire, power surges, lightning, or other acts of nature. Also, physical or liquid damaged products are not covered under warranty.

 

What Do You Need To Do To Get Repairs/Service Under This Limited Warranty?

You can raise a warranty claim by contacting us via email or call as per our CONTACT US page. A customer service representative will be in touch with you as soon as possible.

 

Other Conditions

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state or country to country. The warranty is void if:

 

  • The serial number of the product is removed

  • The product is not distributed by Inter Foto India Pvt. Ltd.

  • It is not purchased from an authorized reseller
