Return Process
You can initiate a return for products purchased from an authorized reseller by contacting us via email or phone. Place the product securely in its original packaging and get in touch with us. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the product, we will process your request.
Return Requirements
In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be in the original purchase condition with all supplied components, including but not limited to, batteries, cables, warranty cards, manuals, etc. It should also include the invoice slip. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded. Also, a restocking fee may be charged on all returns.
